Fitness coach, 67, who ‘hasn’t aged since 1993’ shares three moves for a flat tummy

Getting older can make it tough to stay in shape. We might not have as much energy or strength, and we start to look different too.
Lots of us want to keep looking young for as long as we can.
Some of this is about our genes, but there are things we can do to help slow down our body’s aging process. Eating well and not smoking or drinking too much can make us live longer.
Being active is really important too. Exercise helps us stay fit as we age.
Denise Austin, a fitness expert who’s been helping people get fit for 40 years, shared her tips on TikTok.
She’s 67 but doesn’t look it, and her fans love how young she looks.

In a video about keeping your tummy tight, people couldn’t believe how young and fit she looked.
One person wrote: “How has she not aged since 1993?”
Someone else said: “If this ain’t a blast from the past. You look so beautiful! A true testament to a lifelong commitment of taking care of yourself.”
Denise showed her three best moves for a firm belly that you can do without lying down.
For the first move, she placed both hands on the back of her head and brought her knees up high one at a time.

Jogging can actually make you angrier says a new study into exercise

‘I made an easy change to my diet and did one simple exercise and lost 104 lbs’
“The first one works the front of your abs, the lower tummy,” she explained. “Do this for one full minute. Pull your tummy and zip up those abs.”
Showing the second step, Denise stood with her legs shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent.
She brought her elbows up almost in line with the shoulders and twisted round pushing out one arm at a time.
Denise said: “The next exercise is a twist. What I want you to do is twist to the side and over.”
“You got this, this is like a torso trimmer. You got it. Do it for one minute.”
For the final exercise, she stepped one foot back into a lunge position while stretching her arms up and out above her head.
She then brought the knee up and elbows in at the same time.
Denise added: “The next exercise really works the front of those abs. What you want to do here is pull your tummy in and push like a crunch.”
“Crunch. That’s it. Feel as though you’re working those core muscles. Lift and crunch.”
“Do this with each leg for 30 seconds and you’ll have a nice toned tight tummy.”
